WiXII Community Meetup – A4 Café

Women+ in Course 12 (WiXII) is hosting a group outing to A4 Café for free coffee & pastries! We’ll meet in the Building 55 Atrium at 5pm and walk over together.

Anyone is welcome to join! We especially encourage folks to join us who might be interested in getting involved with WiXII — although there is no obligation to do so if you attend!

About Women+ in Course 12

Women+ in Course 12 (WiXII) uses the lens of gender to support members of MIT’s Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences, including undergraduate and graduate students, postdocs, research scientists, staff members, and faculty.

We use the language “Women+” to indicate that WiXII welcomes all women, including cis and trans women, non-binary people, and others who are marginalized on the basis of gender. We also welcome allies, including those who do not identify as women, to join us in supporting the voices of underrepresented gender identities in the Earth and Planetary sciences.

WiXII’s meetings, programming, and events are open to ALL members of the EAPS community regardless of gender identity.
